10 simple things that you should give up if you wanna be HAPPY!!

I believe we get often unhappy because we feel insecure, we don't know what makes us happy and we don't want ( some of us will say ' can't ') give up certain things that hold us.. down.

1. You are always right
well.. you're not! so.. give up your need to always be right

“ Attachment to being right creates suffering. When you have a choice to be right, or to be kind, choose kind and watch your suffering disappear. ”  - Wayne Dyre

2.  Give up the need for control
Stop trying to control everything and just let go.

“ You can never control or change how others think, feel, or act. You can only change how you think, feel, and act, and lead by example. ”  - Celestine Chua

3. Give up complaining
Stop complaining, nothing will change if you act like a victim, if you're whining about everything - people, situations, money, love, events that make you unhappy, sad or depressed. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking and nobody can make you feel unhappy unless you allow it.

4. Give up on your fears
Fear it's just an illusion created by you, by your mind.

5. Give up the past
For me, this was the hardest part, but once done you'll feel relieved.. free.

6. Give up your resistance to change
Follow your bliss, embrace change and don't resist it.

7. Give up on blame

“ When you blame others, you give up your power to change. ”

8. Give up lables

“ The highest form of ignorance is when you reject something you don’t know anything about. ” - Wayne Dyer

9. Give up attachment

“ The root of suffering is attachment. ” - Buddha
Live, love, respect, be careful to someone but don't attach. The attachment means to cling on something and never want that to change. We attach very fast on everything - things, people - life is a flux, nothing stays the same, but we want and hope that nothing will change. Expectations brings frustration.

10. Give up living your life to others expectations
